Chuck Milot Head Professional / Manager
Chuck grew up playing tennis in Fairfield County. He competed in High school at Fairfield Prep where in 1980 he was State Doubles Champion. In college Chuck played Varsity tennis at Mount St. Mary's College in Maryland. Chuck's teaching career began in 1985. He is currently the head pro at Woodway Country Club in Darien during the summer months. Chuck is USPTA certified P 1 and in his free time enjoys running and playing tennis.
Dan Scheuler Tennis Professional/ Junior Director 
Dan is originally from Missouri. Dan played division two tennis at Drury College in Springfield Missouri after which he spent five years teaching with Dennis Van der Meer in Hilton Head South Carolina. Dan has also taught in Virginia, Arizona and Florida. In our area Dan has taught at the Belle Haven Club in Greenwich. Dan is currently the director of the New Canaan town Recreation department tennis program in the summer months. Dan is certified by the USPTR. In his free time Dan enjoys mountain biking and playing basketball.
Austin Gardella Tennis Professional
Austin is from Norwalk. He has been playing tennis for over 15 years. He grew up playing at The Shore and Country Club and played through high school and college. Austin graduated from Franklin Pierce University with a Batchelor of Science in biology. Austin has been an Assistant Tennis Professional at the Shore Haven Golf Club for the past 6 summers. This is Austin's second season with NCRC.
Bob Hardman Tennis Professional
Bob was born in Madison Wisconsin and grew up in St. Paul Minnesota. He played college tennis at both St. Cloud State University and Ferris State University where he studied Marketing and Professional Tennis Management. Bob has been the Director of Tennis at the Riverside Yacht Club in Greenwich for the past 9 summers. He is a certified USPTA Professional. Bob's teaching background includes work at The Belle Haven Club in Greenwich, Georgetown Country Club in Ann Arbor Michigan, Norton Pines Athlectic Club in Spring Lake Michigan and NCRC. Bob and his wife Holly have 3 children, Levi (13), Josephine (10) and Isabella (7). Off the court, Bob enjoys cooking and excercising.
Viktoria Stoklasova - Tennis Professional
Viki is from Banska Bystrica, Slovakia. She began playing tennis at the age of seven. Viki won the Slovak National Championship in singles and doubles four times. She is also a European Champion in doubles in the 14 and under category and was ranked #3 in the world in her age group. She graduated from the University of South Alabama where she received her MBA degree. She played Dvision I tennis for 3 years in position1 doubles and played position 1 in singles the last 2 years. She became an All American in singles. After her eligibility to play was up, she was an assistant coach for the University. Throughout the past 7 summers, Viki worked as an assistant pro at Woodway Country Club.
Victor Vidal - Tennis Professional
Victor is from Mexico City, Mexico. He was a nationally ranked junior in Mexico and Texas. Victor played NCAA Division I tennis at the University of Texas at San Antonio on full scholarship. He also played Division II tennis at Midwestern State University in Texas on scholarship. Victor and Jared King were doubles partners. He graduated in 2005 with a degree in International Trade and Finance. Victor taught tennis at various Country Clubs in Texas before moving to Connecticut. He has spent the past 4 summers teaching at the Belle Haven Club in Greenwich. This is Victor's 4th year at NCRC.
