48/hr cancellation required or normal rates will apply.
These high energy classes include cardio, stroke development and situational tennis for each specific level of play. This class is a great way to meet new players with the same playing ability while sweating it out on the court!
11:00 - 12:30 pm | Power 90 (Level B/C)
7:30 - 9:00 pm | Power 90 Mixed (Level A)

Men’s 4.0 USTA Practice
This class is for men who are part of Craig Blooms 4.0 USTA Team
4.0 players can sign up for the remainder of the practices through the end of April
3.5 players may sign up 72 hours prior to each practice

Cardio Tennis is a full body workout with wide range of drills and exercises designed to improve your tennis game and get your heart rate pumping. All levels are welcome; our pros are skilled at creating the right challenge for each player’s ability and fitness level.
Mondays: 9:00 - 10:30 am
Wednesdays: 11:30 - 12:30 pm
Thursdays: 9:30 - 11:00 am
Fridays: 9:00 - 10:00 am
Point Play is a fast paced class combining the aerobic workout of Cardio Tennis and the Competitiveness of Match Play.
Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays: 12:00 - 1:30 pm
InterClub Point Play (4.0)
This class is for 4.0 women who are on an interclub team. We use a Point Play format with up to 6 players on a court.
Tuesday: 1:30 - 3:00 pm
Men's Extreme (3.5+)
This class focuses on incorporating dynamic shots into high-level match play. An advanced player has dependable strokes, can control points and occasionally force errors. First serves are hit with pace and accuracy. Instructor approval is needed before entering an advanced class.
Mondays: 7:30 - 9:30 pm
Saturdays: 9:30 - 11:30 am
Ladies 2.5 Practice:
This class is for ladies looking to get match play experience.
