Len Simard

Since 1998, Len has served as the Director of Tennis at the New Canaan Field Club in New Canaan, Connecticut, one of the Countries top summer clubs and concurrently at the Isleworth Golf and Country Club in Florida between 2004 and 2017; a top 35 World Ranked Club according to Platinum Clubs of America. Len was also the former Director of Tennis & Fitness at Boca Lago Country Club in Florida from 1990 to 2004.

Len has been the Countries leading authority for executive placement in the Racquet's industry for more than a decade. Len is currently a search and consulting executive for the Country's leading firm of Kopplin, Kuebler and Wallace and handles the firm’s Racquet Sports, Fitness, and GM/COO searches as well as New Business Development. He has also been a Racquet's and Fitness Consultant to the private club industry and continues to develop the most innovative educational platforms for the USPTA and USTA.

Len has been based in Orlando, Connecticut and Toronto and has been managing, directing, teaching, and coaching at well-respected country clubs throughout North America for more than 35 years. He is also co owner of Netresults/All American Tennis LLC, a tennis management/consulting business.

Simard, a past president of the USPTA Florida Division and is a featured Industry speaker at USPTA, USTA, PGA, CMAA, CSFA and TOM educational forums and conventions for more than 25 years. Simard has been named Professional of the Year three times and twice Player of the Year by the Florida Division of the USPTA.

Len is a certified USPTA Master Professional, a distinction that is held by less than 1% of all professionals.  Len has hired, trained, and worked with hundreds of professionals in his career and is extremely proud that more than 45 of his former assistants are leading prominent clubs in the U.S. and Canada.

As a player, Len holds 15 national singles and doubles titles in the U.S. and Canada. He has represented Canada in international play for more than two decades in the veteran categories.
