FAQ’S
Age Restrictions: Members under the age of 18 must complete our $99 onboarding training. This includes two 30-minute Training Evaluations.
Members are allowed to suspend their membership once per year for up to 3 consecutive months for a $25 per. month suspension fee.
Halo Family Membership accommodates up to 5 family members, with the requirement that children must be 18 years old or younger.
First-time, prospective HALO members must pay $20 for a day pass or $50 for a one-week pass to try the gym. If the prospective member joins that same day or week, the trial day or week fee will be waived. *No one can try the gym for more than one day or one week in advance of joining.
Non-members can use HALO as frequently as they want at the $20 per day Guest Fee as long as they are with a member.
